The twin room was clean and spacious, and they served delicious continental breakfast with bacon and other hot food options as well as good coffee.

Pretty standard hotel located in a local area just off the beautiful lake and the centre of Te Anau, local activities and local eateries...

The host at Shakespeare House could not have been more helpful - his enthusiasm and offers of his time and knowledge made our two nights here amongst the best of our entire trip. The Henry V room was spacious and extremely comfortable, even on a chilly evening. Breakfasts, with the option of both continental and cooked items, are generous and varied. Free WiFi was especially appreciated on a rainy night. Te Anau is the perfect base for visiting Milford Sound - our host helped us with dining and touring options, and kept us up-to-date on the re-opening of the Milford Road.
Nothing.

The owners are extremely warm and welcoming, and dropped me off at the bus station when I left. It is very clean, with a large breakfast including a personally cooked omelette or eggs. Large room with fridge and kitchen facilities. Washer and dryer available for small, extra charge. Good value for money in a pretty, quiet location. About a 10 minute walk to the center of the village of Te Anau.

The staff are very welcoming and accommodating as well as the host. the hotel offers a great and beautiful location not far from the town centre in Te Anau and a quiet area close to the water. - It's a 10-15 minute walking distance from Fiordland Jet, one of the tourist spots.

Ray the manager was most hospitable and provided an amazing breakfast. He was also most helpful concerning local area. He was the most friendliest host we experienced on the whole of our two week tour of New Zealand. Congrats. Ray.
